Mike interprets the brief quickly and intuitively and has the ability to package it in a way which attracts the right candidates. In a hectic world he manages to gain and retain traction, keeping the wheels moving at pace yet without creating stress for those involved. It's a great talent, just one of many he possesses and deploys to good effect for clients.

It was such a pleasure dealing with Expocast. Within a matter of days they found the perfect candidate, arranged an interview, and we were signing contracts a few days later. I would highly recommend anyone to use Expocast in the future.
